Spoke with CEO & COO

Spoke with CEO & COOI spoke with Allen and Jeff; both said the long term view is very bullish for Rock Energy with one of the lowest decline rates in the industry. Allen had to sell because his margin call got triggered at $1.39, but still holds well over a million shares. When I asked why there was no insider buying he said they were in a black out period due to pending news, most likely the next financial release. I asked about a buyout and for what price; Allen said nothing less than $5 a share. He kept saying when oil gets closer to $60 Rock will move drastically. Allen said the new presentation sums up everything you need to know about Rock. Both of them said that the market is way out of wack and said that Baytex Energy was a prime example on how crazy things have gotten. For the record, I continue to buy at these prices and I am not selling until it is over $5 a share, even if takes more than two years to get there, which I highly doubt it. Meeky
