Lose then win and win again??"PokerStars then partnered with Resorts, which had been unable to offer Internet gambling while PokerStars was suspended. Resorts launched online gambling this year with Sportech NYX Gaming LLC as it waited for the PokerStars decision."

From an AYA news release yesterday (N.B. Sportech NYX Gaming PLC does not exist any longer. As mentioned in my previous post, NYX bought them out)

Lose: We can see that NYX will likely lose a licensee in the short run i.e. Resorts Casino to Amaya. 
Win: The good news is that NYX will gain on the casino side as being AYA's primary casino software supplier. NYX-Ongame may be competing directly with AYA on the poker front for licensees but NYX will have the best global casino offerings.
Win: Obviously the new publicity coming to the sector. I'm sure the CEO of Amaya will be ringing that NASDAQ start bell very soon. That will be huge for the industry.
