You sound like the guy across the street with the 4,500 ft² new house, boat, RV, Quads, jacked up F350 duallie, all bought on credit during the good times. This may be a surprise to some, but not everyone is jealous of folks who live on borrowed prosperity. Some of us live within our means, and are very comfortable & secure to do so

I think there are more watery eyes in the TCW board rooms than at the competition these days.
