One more announcement

One more announcementof a significant new contract should push BLD over the top and get the sp moving back to the $3-4 range imho. Where will the contract come from? China? Burma? Europe? Or California? All are quite possible. It could be a new bus contract, a cell tower back-up contract or a new contract with PLUG (who we haven't heard from for some time). All imho.
