The 60% solution is the only solution that eliminates the effects of distrust and bitterness while simultaneously offering the shareholders of both companies an excellent chance at a prosperous future, Byhi. Whether anyone takes this route or not is a different matter, of course, but there's no reason why this route cannot or should not be taken. Certainly it's preferable to depending upon someone's opinion of another's religion in order to win in court. Besides, by bringing religion into any controversy you automatically make your adversary more determined.
My apologies for being so direct regarding your previous post, too, but there are plenty of fine people from all religions, just as there are plenty of fine people who don't have any religion at all, and raising religious affiliation as an issue here is quite a stretch, if you are hoping for success in the courtroom. Perhaps we would not be in the position we are in today, if several years ago people who were offended by particular posts had responded immediately. At the time, though, I thought the absurdities were not worth responding to and people simply could shrug them off.
