RE:RE:That $260 million class action suit is saving Baja..It will be a very long time before any dividends, special or not, are paid to Baja shareholders. There are various debt obligations that MMB will need to take care of before any dividends are paid to either Baja or the Koreans, Not to mention the potential of the $10 million manganese deposit having to be paid off by Baja if MMB decides not to move forward with managanese production. Anybody hoping for dividends better be awefully young as it will be a long wait. The better bet is share price appreciation.
