RE:Beware -> battleready = con/decoy NY ratHey Scumbag, there is a continuous leak of corporate information to INK. This needs to be investigated. Any leak by an employee to any outside source the company has the right to terminate employment and/or press criminal charges. If the leak is directed towards the Audit and/or Corporate Governance Committees, that is different and needs to be accepted and held in confidence. INK's personal opinions and attacks on the character of individuals is not in my opinion valid as Otto has never himself personally been interviewed in public. Furthermore, what past business successes did he have besides a blog. He means well but is misinformed on some issues. Such as: Material changes in the companies can be disclosed within a reasonable amount of time determined by the board of directors. Normally 72 hours. INK also noted that Peruvian Precious Metals did not publish voting results from their AGM. A TSX-Venture is not required to do so. Only approval or disapproval of shareholder resolutions. Only TSX listed companies must publish exact voting counts. So why I question the INK blogger's knowledge regarding corporate regulatory issues. One finally note. I don't like Hodges nor his friends either. So I decided not to buy this stock. Almost did when he got booted by the shareholders. But held back. I believe if IRL had proper Corporate Governance Guidelines established, none of this would have happen. So who was responsible? Not Hodge, probably the past CEO. Hope this helps Scumbag.
