Merger benefits - stock price down!

Merger benefits - stock price down!History shows the majority of stock consolidations result in a decrease of the consolidated price.
Again, please show me the bennefit to SDX shareholders? I hope this is a bottom for the stock.
I wish management would come out will guidence to their plans for the next year. This would help
making a decision on holding stock or selling here.
