Jenny you might be right...the macro in the oil markets might be bound to improve. As for TBE that means nothing. They have shown no ability to execute in a $100 let alone a $70 WTI environment. The caliber of investor in TBE lacks sufficient objective analytical skills to even understand why a two bit fruit bowl third rate hustler firm like Paradigm could downgrade TBE's share price target from .75 to .35 amid a post that said they were aggressively accumulating the shares. Ask yourself why would a firm buy a large position in the shares only to downgrade its target price over 50%? Some of these investors are complete morons then again I perceive TBE's management in the same light. Hence why I strenuously advocate staying away from this issue until they exhibit some operational excellence and a quarter or two of earnings momentum. That is mucho quarters away hence why TBE is relegated to being traded as dead money.
