RE:RE:Kyocera motion hearing suddenly cancelled

It was Kyocera's motion hearing that was cancelled, not WiLAN's.
The court saw Kyocera's motion (for whatever) as unjustifiable and threw it out.
This will force Kyocera's hand even further to reach a settlement IMHO.
The same thing is happening to Apple and the other remaining holdouts.
The days of reckoning are upon us...
