I'd like to add on to this question.  One of the selling points of this stock is the "locked in" occupancy with the railroad deal.  However, the number of railway shipments appear to be down, particularly commodities such as coal.  Could that have a short or longer term implication for this portion of the HOT business model?

While the stock price is holding up okay, it is trading sideways (at best).  I would have expected a little better based on the disparity between the Canadian and US dollar.  Is this an unfair expectation?
