the bid of 0.25 SU share will be virtually meaningless if ..COS and SU closes at 9.60 and 34.6 respectively (ie 0.277 SU share). If COS rises $1 and SU falls $1, their share prices ratio is 0.315 SU share. If COS rises $2 (which meant SP of 11.6) and SU falls $1, their share prices ratio is 0.345. Steve Williams will look very foolish if SU share prices fall a few bucks when COS rises. If I were SU, I will withdraw/modify the bid fast to avoid these scenarios visibly surface which will be a big laughing stock in town.
