RE:Management Is stupidI completely agree, and I don't want to beat a dead horse but they have let the Exxon group continue to have major unplanned outages and missed production targets year after year. 

The COS group is completely useless becuase they haven't made one tough decision that was necesary to run a profitable business.

The Exxon group running SCL have not lived up to one thing they said they were going to do. Better Safety ...nope, Better production...nope, Lower costs....nope.

It is just too bad Suncor stated they will still have the current management agreement in place.
