Price already above hostile bid
So will SU succeed with its bid for COS shares at ~$8.80/share?
Really if you are willing to take $8.80 that means you would sell at $9.45. So anyone willing to take SU's offer should be already selling on the open market today and yesterday.
The market is clearly signalling SU is going to sweeten it's offer or easily get rejected at .25 a share. Those - like myself - who think SU's opening bid is bullcr#p obviously are not going to accept $8.80.
This is going higher.
.33 share = $11.41
.4 share = $13.84
.45 share = $15.57.
What’s it gonna be? Certainly higher than $9.40.
