The Suncor offer is pushing the sector up (that and the shorts covering) but I do not think you can compare it to a deal for RMP. RMP has a much cleaner balance sheet than COS did. 

I just don't see the same type of deal being offered to RMP, and I certainly don't think management is interested in selling. Not until/unless we see above $5. It's in their track record.
