Yes. It is. The stock and the board.

Problem is with PHM is that it might stagnate here for some time. Lots of unccertainties including year end financials.

I learned so much about board dynamic while I was an active member here.

PHM is very, very speculative at this point. The financials all look great. If they are confirmed this year, IF this thing takes off, it will take off fast and strong.

I'm worried about all the competition both from the sector and out of the sector (high growth stocks).

I have a toe left in here. That's why I tip toe, say high and leave ! ;-) LOL
