RE:RE:RE:Some ideasI beleive the issue is, property in the region PLT has assets is worth (or more percisely the bids being shown are ) considerably less than that, and this was likely discovered as part of the strategic alternative process.  Its possible they are worth less than the bank debt outstanding, hence why the debentures are trading at nearly 0, - there will be nothing left after an assett sale at this point.  There are alot of other distressed firms in that region, and though the vultures are circling, there is no reason to dive in yet, so there is likely little serious interest being shown, hence why the banks are getting nervous and want their money back.
