RE:RE:a dozen of new jobs offersThe cart before the horse, or in this case the donkey?   They are ready for the race,, the adcom firing gun is ready, opps they shot the donkey.   Damn.  Doestnt matter, they will find a way to get more money to conduct further ph 3 trials.
