Time to accumulate?

Time to accumulate?I don't think so.  I bought shares at the beginning of  this year because they had a predefined list of catalysts.  Some drugs were going up for approval, they were talking about doing acquistions, they were going to grow their sales force to market their portfolio of drugs.  Then when they started to execute according to their timelines and do a couple of small acquisitions they were on track to hit their objectives, an easy bagger.

Then Pozen happened and the focus became the merger.  2015 became a ramp up year more than a growth year.  No more acquisitions.  No more releases even when they should be.  No catalysts - they have much bigger fish to fry this year.  Now next year for Aralez looks like it might be the year that 2015 was supposed to be for TRX.  If you look at Aralez proposed organizational structure they're building their holdings in a way for it to expand in both Canada and US.  Good size sales force in both countries.  Yosprala hopefully coming in the next year or so.  2016 has some really solid catalysts.

But for now I'm with Kuta and I can't see much to trigger the stock higher than the shareholder approval to go ahead with the merger.  As a result I'm not in a rush to accumulate because the share might go up or down a little but I can't see a big move being made until after Aralez is formed - and they invested too much for it not to be formed unfortunately.  Now next year, when things are more finalized, is another story where there should be rapid growth when they get serious with the cash they have and do M&A in a weakend pharmaceutical environment.  So expect more blah days for awhile.
