RE:So you need 20% outstanding shares for rights plan?I think it's beautiful in that it will cost SU dearly to try to buy up the shares on the market to influence the decision their way. It will ultimately be far cheaper for them to walk away or make a decent new offer. My hunch is that they won't walk away as they likely already have a backroom deal with IMO & the other partner's shares and interests in Syncrude proposed.
