RE:RE:IMHL/IP/ARM best news all yearWas not aware you spoke  for everyone and who is to say refinancing has not been pursued for months  like it has and this was the stumbling block in the way for move forward.For both financing and completion of the spin off company.If no one was interested in company someone would not have scopped up 400,000 shares today for .03 .Sorry you are depressed and completion dates have been extended before but this is and was the biggest block in moving forward.If one 10,000 dollar invester can't wait for the completction of this deal I don't really see that as unusuall .But I suppose there my be people who try to spread gloom and then buy up some shares.Just keep passing those open windows it is not time to jump out.Do your own DD Dirt2Oil13
