2 moves ahead

2 moves aheadit is certainly entirely logical to vote no. the deal stinks into high heaven and is just a manifestation of Dev's disregard for shareholders. What assets is FCU getting in exchange for the dilution? those assets will never get developed if 3R proceeds. Also the constant talk of an almost worthless mill is really amazing - do they think investors are so stupid not to be able to value a stream of future cash flows?

but let's assume for a minute that the deal does not go through (which i believe will be the case). what will haven to DML? and more importantly what will happen to FCU?

FCU will be stuck with CEO who then hates shareholders even more than before and who is considered by the entire uranium industry as a joke - if not as a conmen. So the stock will go down because in his hands any company is worthless.

what is important is that shareholders oust him at the next AGM (difficult as he is chairman as well) which will rejunvenate talks with CCO and Chinese...
