If they lock down a national chain, even with the 3 million in the bank they are going to require much more money for the volume of product required. Anon has been working hard.....my guess is HT, who likes to buy with #59 and sell under anon when they are washing or someone holding it at the current range to get favorable terms. who knows maybe it's Donville Kent ;) Anyways back to being fully loaded and done with the flipping. We will be heading much higher but patience is needed. Cheers
Good questions/points.... we do not know, to my knowledge, what payment terms are with the manufacturers ... I have a feeling Vanc will have a few monthes from order to payment (could be less like 30 days but I guess better/longer).. Also since as Dart says inventory turns fast in the generics sector ...lets say 3 monthes... Although this is just my opinion, I do not think they will have to do a PP (even as they ramp fast) and traditional debt financing and revolver , (coupled with quick turning inventory and generous payment terms)... Additionally, the company could collateralize its recieveables initially, with a factory company, at a reseanable cost since account receivable ratings will be low risk... Other additional creative finacing options also are available instead of needing to do a PP. IMO..
