RE:Hostile Takeover

RE:Hostile TakeoverAll I read is a bunch of IF's, IMO's and my Guess's.

If you can't get the endorsement of the board, then your bid is hostile.  End of story.

BOD is doing their job, protecting shareholders from predatory bids.

Suncor's bid is so far off the mark that their M&A team looks like grade school amateurs.  They are pulling valuations out of thin air.

I challenge Suncor to provide their data used to arrive at deal metrics.  There is zero logic displayed by SU.  Suncor is losing respect in investment community.  Rookies doing billion dollar deals.  Quite pathetic.  I've met cab drivers with more savvy than these clowns at SU.

SU ceo looks clueless after this circus.

Steve Williams and M&A team rides to their side jobs Monday afternoon.
