A glimmer of hope was when new BOD-members were elected two years ago.
But it also was a failure....what have the new BOD-members accomplished?....nothing!!!!
Proxy-fight was wasted money...money the company could have put to better use.
Nothing has changed.
Everyone got handsomely paid, excellent benefits, stockoptions in-the-money awarded !!!!.........
....what shareholder-value was created, the past six years, under "new management"?.....none!!!!
