I don't know about Fabrice but a few risks that come to my mind are:
1) Profitability - latest quarter expenses of 2.78 M > latest quarter revenues of 2.70 M. This ">" sign eventually needs to become a "<" sign. Will they be able to turn a profit, and consistently?
2) Scalability - what is their strategy to scale the business? for example, will they try to go from 20 contracts per month to 200 contracts per month? do we see any evidence that this is happening?
3) Technology risk - how long will their solution be competitive in a rapidly changing market?
The technology game is a fast one and Snipp will have to keep adapting and growing every quarter in order to survive. I believe management "gets it" and that's why I'm here but these are a few of the risks I see.
