Think about that one for a bit. They have to come with a slate of candidates, so they would have to convince Ross to join thier slate. And of course Dev would have his slate.
Now what are the odds that Ross would risk loosing his project, all his options etc, his livelihood, if he lost to Dev's slate?
And didn't each of Devand Ross just recently receive awards from their peers for their accomplishments?
Think about that a bit when you trust the NO leadersip with your life savings. What would one expect the share price to do thru this kind of turmoil?
