RE:RE:RE:re: not a financingI agree that LRE is lowering the risk but the share dillution will definitely limit the upside. I would strongly disagree that LRE "More than any other oil stock , LongRoad offers exceptional leverage to rising energy prices" ....
There are many stocks with  greater upside. 
I'm still comfortable holding this stock.
