RE:Just got a reply from SUDo you really expect to get a real answer by writing a letter/email to SU ? You will just get a polite reply consistent to what has been officially said by Steve Williams. If the reply indicated anything otherwise from what Williams said, that guy probably will need to be fired. You are wasting your time trying to get a clue from asking SU like this.
