RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Record storage kevels going into winter?Sands if that is the case and you buy low and sell high, then you should be buying pmt now and when it was under 0.70. It will go back over 1.00 and maybe even 1.25 in 2016 giving you a nice % gain. I'm holding out for 1.50-1.75 range personally. You are valuing pmt based solely on the price of NG which I agree seems logical but is a false assumption. You need to value pmt on its diversified asset base, management abilities, declining debt load, propensity to make superior deals, and inside ownership. I'll give you a hint and I wont use my shamboner label, opps maybe I have but disregard that becuase I like you and you don't resort to name calling like others on this forum. Hint- you have not seen the end of a pmt and TOU signing deals, or forming new jv's. The fact that you are still on this forum implies to me that you want to buy pmt shares at some point, otherwise why waste the time to keep reading the trash that is posted on this board. Once you admit that you want to but pmt, then its just a question of price. 50% of making money in the stock market is buying any stock for the right price. The other 50% is buying the right stocks. I would say that pmt is in both camps right now and it will not fall to new lies by year-end. Just my 2 cents gl
