RE: New partner

All SHPoster did was share IMP's tweet on a new partner, which IMP has plenty of. He then specifically posted: "Deal has increased to just shy of $200 million"

This needs clarity.

First, IMP has a history of partnering, even as recently as July 24:

"Intermap is pleased to welcome India-based Schnell Informatics as our newest partner! https://hubs.ly/H010t5c0 "

So, unless SHPoster has been told directly that this new partner has jumped on board in the absolute final stages of the deal, then assume it's just another strategic partnership that has nothing to do with the SDI #1.

Secondly, SHPoster, you posted: "Deal has increased to just shy of $200 million", can you kindly explain if this is fact, and if so, how it was communicated to you.

If not fact, can you confirm you took Todd's recent comments about believing it would one day reach $200 million in the future out of context, and it did not 'just' reach just shy of $200 million before you posted?
