Financing

Hello all, I have enjoyed watching your posts as an investor in ITM. (long) I was wondering if anyone had comments re: the imminent financing the Tobin has publicly (on conference call, ROB etc.) declared is on the way. Working for a bank, and I understand that will be the source, one has to imagine that would be a great boost to the share price, as the diligence to be done is one heck of a lock stricter now than last spring. tks, oh and just wondering what "OT" and "eom" stand for?
