Democracy TriumphsAccording to the news release, it seems as though roughly between 42-60% of retail voted no. That's going with the conventional wisdom that 100% of institutional voted yes (not a certainty). That's in line with my gut feeling after the Town Hall that it was considerably closer than the BB split (99-1) due to all the massaging, misinformation, and outright deception of the yes side. Not to mention voter apathy and hanging chads. So, yeah, a bare majority of the votes being no makes sense to this observer.
