The lack of promotion is somewhat of a concern, but as @BCdude writes, the PFS should be what they need to get the attention.
Imagine (and this is all conjecture) --- is this a $15M market cap company with a $1B resource/PFS? Can't even do the math on that multi-bagger. In opinion only.

What I like is to see is insider buying and hopefully I will be able to buy more shares with my next paycheck in 3 weeks so I hope price levels remain where they are...
