The fact that there isn't any insider buying could be a red flag but you have to be careful not to look too much into that. Sometimes there's this misconception out there that all these guys running junior companies are independently wealthy. Many, many of them are relying on their paycheques just like the vast majority of us retail investors. The point is there have been very hard times in this industry since 2011. A lot of these insider guys may not have spare coin to be buying.

As far a s ATC goes, I'm more concerned about the glacial speed at which management is moving. These guys need to drill alot more then they have been IMO. They've taken capital preservation to the extreme.
