RE:RE:RE:Ryan is right! Mulcair adopted legalization very recently as a last ditch effort since they're a distant third in the polls. Senate could absolutely block it. The conservatives control the senate. They aren't a rubber stamp when a different party controls the house. You obviously don't have a clue.
