Every stock is only worth the last trades value.....(to be totally objective).... and....

PHM is in a firm downtrend...... (IMO) ....

so upward projections until they begin to materialize are hoopla more times than not....

That's why there is no rush here...... it'll take a lot to reverse sentiment.... you determine the LOT.
