Well they never did own shares. They were reporting initially that they had derivatives that might own that many.

Now they have reported that they don't own shares.

They have not reported that they might not in the future own shares from conversion because at this point they would not exceed 5%.

If they did the 180 conversion then that day of owning shares has not come to pass yet.

This might be due to all the added shares to yappn and the fact that they are converting at a higher price.
I calculated under 400K shares. A 5% share would be higher.
