I took a moment to Google Translate the link you provided and it looks to me like a former employee is disgruntled and mud slinging. Newspapers love this stuff, and just because it si written doesn't make it so. 

Frankly, this is just noise in the big scheme of things. You really need to learn how to read the gold price chart which is showing a "break-out". The U.S. dollar has peaked and wil pull back. Oil is settling in a trading range and due to go up.

I suggest you evaluate what is "real" in the commodity and currency worlds as you project further downside for CNL. I think you are on the wrong side of the trade.
