RE:RE:RE:RE:IncompetentStack.. The reason, these allegations are having a huge impact on the share price. Thats why you respond fully. Surely good management would not just stand by and watch this rout. If it resonates that much you respond with a sense of urgency and fast to protect shareholder interests.
As far as their response, it was not that bad, but light. It did not cover off all the issues. Go line by line and respond in detail.. lay it all out on table now..full disclosure. Look at the market reaction. Thats why they have to do this. If they don't, the share price declines to a level that most think is worth the risk even with the overhang. Is it fair to shareholders to wait and find out what that level is? Are you shareholder..do you want to wait to see just what the level is..just how low this thing can go?
