I don't disagree with your post in general, but you are making an assumption when you say, "whatever they are doing isn't working". The only data we have so far is up to the last reported quarter prior to LG (for the most part) and prior to Samsung 100%.

While I'm all for making sure we are doing everything we can to market the app, I'll withhold my judgement on the success of the current strategy until I see the next couple of quarters. I remain confident that we will see a SIGNIFICANT jump in both users and rental revenues over the next 3-6 months.
