RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:PR DisasterHey guys,

This goes back to exactly the point I was trying to make with the international expansion.
Marketing this thing is going to take a lot of efforts - and MONEY.

Now, what ever little money is left - and all efforts - are diverted to a European expansion.

I still believe that if they ever want to turn this turkey into something, they need to do things right for once:  Spend the time and resources to work the terrain, to sell the thing.  In North America, where they have already invested several millions buying rights and building platforms.

Let's be honest:  TV manufacturers have moved on from 3D.  They are now playing with the new baby - UHD phase II with High Dynamic Range.  Not one of them will be interested in spending any money on 3D, an adventure where not a single company has made money in the home market - ever.  The faster you realize this, and the faster you will be able to act and plan accordingly, instead of being continually frustrated that Samsung, LG, Panasonic, Vision et al are/were not doing their part.

I would have preferred SIO to keep its researchers and move to new technologies, but alas they decided to go all in with 3D at home.  Now their last hope is to make money out of this thing.  It won't happen with word of mouth and investors doing their work.  And it won't happen if they squander what little resources they have left running after every single market out there.
