RE:There is not and never.........Retirement Vehicle on what? They have no operating mine,no income, only a exploration company which has a annual burn rate of  $600,000 dollars to a million.. They just optioned off 50% of their interest in properties because there is no money to drill. They will continue to dilute shares and option their properties to survive like alot of exploration companies are doing. What other choice do they have? buyout?
