RE:All might not be lost.
the way I understand the situation now is that aurcana will have no debt, will have $3.5 million cash, will receive $40,000 per month for one year, will own shafter mine which has a mill, needs dewatering, needs drilling....possible 43-101,some machinery, all costing possibly $15 million. its' market cap is $10 million so it could sell 150 million shares at $0.10 to raise $15 million thereby ending up with a market cap of about $25 million...or 250 million shares. this is one possible scenario and the others are a joint venture or simply being bought out. does anybody have any opinions??????
