Note that the financial risk is mitigated by having Osisko Royalties as a strong partner with plenty of skin in the game. As for heap leaching, it would take several years to permit, so it's a "Plan B" - "Plan A" would be to toll-process ore for the Canadian Malarctic mine next door.
