RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RS THOUGHTS !!Damn. The Boffins at the FDA don't give a fig about the company, the size of the company or whether it is a large success story or a micro cap, or Canadian.. At least they shouldn't.
Their work is to review drug submissions and methods of production. It is supposed to be impartial, objective, even scientific..
A company's objective is to get a review of their data, establish the next protocol with the FDA or get market approval. This is what TST is doing--and trying to find the shortest possible route. Meanwhile they have raised some money convincing some big investors to take a chunk of OUR equity. Their investment is small potatos for a big firm. They can certainly wait out a setback. Meanwhile, where is their director on the board? I'll bet the latest director at TST is their choice.
Why is it that the consolidation takes place prior to the AdComm meeting? Whose strategy is this stock consolidation? It can make sense to do it prior to good news because the SP might take a run on news. Penny stocks can run too far on good news. After consolidation they can look overpriced and sellers will move in. Then hopes are dashed for the nasdaq listing. I think Naz listing is futile anyways. They will be measured against firms that have $100's of million in investment while they have only a crummy $20 +. And what does our management know about how the NAS works.
If there is not approval all of us will be forced to buy more stock to maintain our position.
Someone posted a doctors letter on MCNA. That was one ominous letter. I wouldn't mind reading it again whoever posted it.
