All they have to say is "we've told you the numbers would speak for themselves".

I love the PHM in this dstressed state. So yummy.

But, you know, if you want to sell, lots of guys (includng me) at the bid! Got flled at 42 but I want more!

I had such a small position, I need to free up more cash somehow...
