A 15 min session on the COS takeover.COS is not talking to IMO.RBC guy downgraded COS to $9 says if SU did bid it would be not more than 10% more of its first offer and not the .32 bid in April .Said if SU walks the stock will tankToo much risk now to the down side

OUT OF IT.
