Wrong.  You need to chart WITH fundamentals.  But you need to look at TA.  If you are long term, yes, do fundamentals but ignore TA at your own rsks!

For ULTRA aggressive short term investors like me (almost trader but without the daytrading tools),  use stock analysis that has both fundamentals and technicals.

Depending on the stocks (they are all different) some are more fundamentals some are more Technical.   Use both, use as many instruments you can.  Select the indicators (fundamental or technical) that worst best.

The GROSSLY OVERSOLD TA indicator (not just RSI but RT) was my guding light short term with CXR and fundamentals is the fuel for the longer term.
