RE:Every one calm down

RE:Every one calm downsorry I don't understand your dividend calculaiton.  The quarterly dividend is 0.05 and that is in jeopardy of disappearing in a sub 50 WTI world and rightly so.

so even if you bought at 6 and you are getting a 0.20 annual dividend, your yield is 3.3% which isn't bad in the current interest rate environment but after we see q3 numbers, I suspect they will cut the dividend to lower costs again.

q3 aint going to be pretty that's for sure.

SU knows this but SU also knows that they can afford to pay more even if there is no competing offer, but it will get closer to the deadline before they up their offer.

justy my 2 cents

considering the sell-off in Canadian energy stocks today where do you think COS would be trading today without an offer and losing money to boot.

like I said before SU give me 12-15 range depending on where oil prices goes in the next 3 months and you can have my shares.
